ADA Compliance Consultants maintains a list of contractors we evaluate annually to ensure their quality standards continue to meet ours.

They must have a current contractor’s license. |

There cannot be any current claims against the contractor, and any previous claims must have been settled. |
| 3. |
Approved contractors must provide us with a list of at least five ADA projects that we can see and evaluate. |
| 4. |
They must provide a list of at least five previous clients we can call for references – and we DO call! |
| 5. |
The foreman must have strong communications skills and a history of positive interaction with clients. |
| 6. |
The company owner and staff present themselves professionally in all client interactions. |
